Is parking available?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking. If you are arriving by car, please use one of the nearby pay parking lots. By public transport, we are conveniently located just 1 minute on foot from Exit 2 or 3 of Shintomicho Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line), about 6 minutes from Exit 10 of Tsukiji Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line), and 20 minutes on foot from Tokyo Station.

Is there a smoking area?
The hotel is entirely non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or anywhere in the building. If you wish to smoke, please use the public smoking areas nearby: there are two within a 2–3 minute walk, one of which is available 24 hours. The front desk will be happy to direct you.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on room availability; please contact the hotel in advance. Early check-in is offered from 12:00 and late check-out until 13:00, each at an additional charge of 2,200 yen per hour. -
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate applies from 2 days before the date of stay. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel your reservation. For bookings made through a booking site, the cancellation policy of that site applies.

Can you store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. We will keep your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out, so you can enjoy sightseeing in Tsukiji, Ginza, Toyosu and beyond hands-free. Luggage can be stored from 7:00 on the day of check-in and until 21:00 on the day of check-out.

We can arrange shipping of your luggage via courier services. For questions or pickup requests, please contact the front desk. We can also receive luggage sent ahead of your arrival; please let us know in advance if you plan to send your baggage before you arrive.

Yes, the surrounding area is highly convenient. The nearest convenience store is a 1-minute walk away, and a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants can be found around the Shintomicho and Tsukiji areas. A little further on, you can enjoy the famous eateries of the Tsukiji Outer Market and the gourmet scene of Ginza. Supermarkets are also within walking distance, making the hotel convenient for long stays and "living-style" visits.
